MWRD Lacks Transparency in Its Legislative Process

With bi-monthly Board of Commissioners meetings that are open to the public, it may appear to most observers that the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago is being fully transparent in their legislative process.


Digging deeper, it is evident that the public needs more access to records of all relevant communications, especially items that were discussed only behind-the-scenes, and never make it to the public debate.
